Is my building subject to Building Tune-Ups?

Per SMC 22.930, the Building Tune-Ups requirement applies to all nonresidential buildings and nonresidential spaces that are 50,000 Gross Square Feet or greater, excluding parking, as recorded in King County Assessor records, are located entirely in the City of Seattle, and that are subject to Energy Benchmarking requirements per SMC 22.920.
