How do I add my traffic violations to the for-hire driver application or renewal?

If you have one violation to add, click the blue Add A Row button in the Traffic Violations section and a pop-up will appear for you to enter the violation details.

If you have more than one violation to add, you will add a row for each violation in the Traffic Violations section. Click the downward triangle on the right side of the blue Add A Row button and select the number of rows to add equal to the number of violations you need to add. A pop-up will appear for you to enter the details of each violation.

• If you accidentally selected more rows than you need, click the blue Cancel link at the bottom of the pop-up and then select the correct number of rows to start again.
• If you have already entered a violation and need to add another, click the blue Add A Row button to add violations one at a time.
