How to Update Rental Property Units for RRIO

Login to your account
Open the My Records tab
Click Make Changes in the right-hand column next to the record you want to change
Select Rental Property - Update Unit Information and then click Continue Application
Indicate Number of Units Available for Rent
Add unit information by clicking Add Units (for one unit). To add more units, click the down arrow and add their information to each new row.
Click Submit
Indicate that you declare that the property meets the RRIO Checklist standards and indicate your relationship to owner
Click Continue Application
Review your edits and click Continue Application
You will see a confirmation page indicating the changes are complete
