- Go to to the Seattle Services Portal
- Click the link for Register for an Account
- Read the disclaimer and indicate you have read an accepted the terms; click Continue Registration
- Enter:
- Username
- Email address
- Password
- Type password again
- Security question of your choosing
- Answer to the security question
- Click Add New
- A new window will open; select the type of contact – either Individual or Organization
- Click Continue
- Enter all contact information and click Continue
- You will receive a message indicating whether your information is already in the system or not
- Click Continue and then click Continue Registration
- You will see a message telling you that you have successfully created an account and that an email is being sent to you with instructions for verifying this account
