The environmental sign installation notification is done as an inspection that gets automatically assigned to land use projects when they are required.
- Go to the Seattle Services Portal
- To start scheduling an inspection or appointment, do one of the following:
- Enter the Record Number in the Search All Records box on the Seattle Services Portal Homepage
or - Login to your account, click My Records tab, and click the Record Number link
- Enter the Record Number in the Search All Records box on the Seattle Services Portal Homepage
- Under Record Info select Inspections & Appointments
- Find the sign inspection and click on Actions
- Select Schedule
- Select a Date on the calendar that is available (indicated by a darker font)
- Click the bubble next to Confirm Date
- Click Continue
- Verify the information and click Continue, or click Back to edit
- Review the next screen, including the cancellation and reschedule policy, then click Finish
