Paying fees online requires a credit card. If you need to pay by check, see How do I Pay by Check? The person who originally submitted the application must be the one who pays the SDCI renewal fees at the time of the renewal submission.
Pay Fees With a Record Number
Option 1
You can quickly pay fees on a record by clicking the “Pay fees on a record" link on the Seattle Services Portal home page. Just enter a record number to start the check out process. You can use this feature whether you are logged in or not.
Option 2
Go the Seattle Service Portal and log in. Select My Records in the main navigation. Locate your record and click "Pay Fees Due" to start the check out process.
Option 3
Find the record by clicking the Search All Records button on the Seattle Services Portal home page. After you locate the record, do the following:
- Click Fees under Payments
- Locate fees and click Pay Fees
- Click Checkout to start the payment process
- Click Print/View Receipt at the end if you need a receipt

- Go to Seattle Services Portal and Log in
- Click Cart in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Click Checkout to start the payment process
- Click Print/View Receipt at the end if you need a receipt
