You can pay for your permit and fees by check. Where you send the check depends on the type of permit or fee.

- Truck and Parking Permits, such as Restricted Parking Zone, Commercial Vehicle Loading Zone, Temporary No Parking, Heavy Haul Truck, Short Term Truck, and Shuttle Bus Zone
- Street Use Permits, such as Council Term Permits, Private Structures and Uses, Shoreline Street End, Waterway, Temporary Activation, Construction and Storage Containers, Gardening and Planting, Vending, Annual Vehicle, ROW Construction, Utility, and Street Improvement

- Login to your Seattle Services Portal
- Find the fees you owe one of these ways
- Submit an application and follow the process to the Pay Fees page
- Click on the Cart in the upper right corner if you saved fees for later, then click Pay Now on your record
- Follow the Link in the email SDCI sent to tell you fees are ready to be paid
- Click on My Records, find your application, and then click on Pay Fees
- Click on My Records, find your application, click on Resume Application, and follow the process to the Pay Fees page
- Reference the fees you are paying
- If you are paying for a permit, include the Record Number(s)
- If you are paying for an inspection, include the Invoice Number or the remittance slip
- If you are paying a rental registration fee, include the Full Address of your rental property with your check
- Make your check payable to City of Seattle
- Send SDCI your check and supporting information to:

- Login to your Seattle Services Portal and follow the Link in the email DON sent to tell you fees are ready to be paid
- Login to your account, click on My Records, find your application, and then click on Pay Fees to see the fee amount
- If you don’t have an account, you can search for the record number from the Portal home page, then click on Pay Fees to see the fee amount
- Make your check payable to the City of Seattle.
- Include the Record Number(s) from My Records with your check

- From the Seattle Services Portal Home Page, select Fee Statement from the Reports drop-down and enter the record number
- Include the Record Number(s) from My Records list or Invoice Number(s) from your payment notice with your check. Or run the Fee Statement report from the Seattle Services Portal Home Page and include the top portion of the report with your payment
