The Seattle Services Portal Help Center has several articles providing step-by-step instructions on a variety of topics such as applying for permits, registering rental properties, making complaints, and managing your account.
The main way to get to the Help Center is from the Seattle Services Portal. At the top left of the page is the main navigation. Click on Help to get to the Help Center.
Keyword Search
The easiest way to find an article on your topic is to do a keyword search in the main search box. Once you enter your search term, the system will automatically display the best matched article.
Or, hit enter to see all articles related to your search term.
Browse Articles
You can also browse articles based on the main topics available on the Help Center home page.
Once you click on a topic button, you will be presented with a page that includes the all the available articles on that topic, as seen below.
Click on each headline to read the article.
