A message that you need to “satisfy your outstanding obligation” may appear and stop you from going forward if your business license is expired, a tax filing is incomplete, and/or if you owe taxes.  Visit https://www.filelocal-wa.gov/Default_FileLocal.aspx to make your status current.

Please retain your FileLocal receipt number if you complete a transaction through FileLocal in order to satisfy any outstanding business obligations.  This receipt number may be needed later during your transaction to successfully complete the process through the portal.
