How do I cancel a Short-Term Rental Operator License?

Start at the Seattle Service Portal home page
https://services.seattle.gov/Portal/

1. Login to your account

2. From the My Records tab, find your Short-Term Rental Operator License and click the Add/Edit Units or Manage License button in the Action column.
3. Select Operator License Amendment and click Continue.
4. Verify your contact information and click Continue.
   

   Pro-Tip

   If the information selected from your account isn’t correct, go to Account Management. In the Contact Information section, click “Actions” to the right of your contact, and select “View”. Make your changes and save.

5. Select Yes next to "Would you like to Cancel your License?" and click Continue.
6. Click Continue on the Member Detail page to proceed.
7. Click the certification check box and Continue on the Review page complete the cancellation process.

You will receive a confirmation email that your license has been cancelled.  If you have any questions, please contact Short-Term Rental Customer Service.
