Begin the Renewal process following the instructions here. When completing the renewal information, at the begin of the process you can choose to add a change of vehicle, change of dispatch or medallion lease.
On the Renewal information screen, select the type of change you need. Any change requested will add additional questions or forms to your renewal. Complete those forms and they will be processed with the renewal.
If you would like to complete a medallion transfer during the renewal process, please contact customer service at 206-386-1267. Staff will assist will completing the renewal and transfer process in one transaction.
