Description |
| Pending | The equipment record has been created, but it is not complete and is not available for inspections and certification yet. |
| Active | Your inspections have passed, fees are paid, the certificate has been issued, and the equipment is approved for use. |
| Temporarily Out of Service | Your equipment is still in place, but temporarily disconnected and removed from service. Temporarily Out of Service inspections are required. Do not operate your equipment without reinspection and recertification. |
| Permanently Out of Service | Your equipment has been decommissioned and either removed or made inoperable. SDCI will not conduct annual certificate inspections. Do not recommission or otherwise operate your equipment without reinspection and recertification. |
| Operating Without Certificate | Either your inspection is overdue, your required corrections to pass inspection are overdue, you have not paid your inspection fees, or your certificate has otherwise been held. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. |
