- Go to the Seattle Services Portal
- Create an account if you don't already have one
- On the home page, under Create New, click Tenant Assistance (EDRA)
- Click on the Economic Displacement Relocation Assistance (EDRA) Application bubble, and then click Continue Application
- Search for a property by entering the street address, then click Search
- If the search has a single result, the address will auto-populate in the screen
- If the search has multiple results, select selection bubble for the correct property address
- Click Select; the address will be populated in the screen
- Click Continue Application
- Enter the unit information
- Click Continue Application
- Enter your contact information by choosing the Select from Account, Add New, or Look Up option
Your household needs to designate 1 household member to apply, manage correspondence, and receive payment if relocation assistance is issued. Please list the "Household Representative" as the Applicant. This person can only represent one household. If someone else if filling out the application on your behalf, there is a optional area to add their contact information as well.
- Click Continue Application
- Enter your unit and household members information
- The household members list is pre-populated with the household representative’s name
- To add other members of your household, click the Add a Household Member button or the Arrow next to it to add multiple members at one time
- If adding multiple members, select the number of rows to add (one row per household member)
- Enter the name of each household member and indicate if they are an adult (over the age of 18)
- Click Submit
- The household members list is pre-populated with the household representative’s name
- Click Continue Application
- Enter your rent details and property contact information
- Click Continue Application
- Enter your household income information
- Click Continue Application
- Review the entered information; use Edit to make changes
- At the bottom of the review page, complete the certification by checking the box
- Click Continue Application
- You will receive a confirmation page and follow up email detailing next steps to provide supporting documentation
