Before you submit a payment request for Economic Displacement Relocation Assistance (EDRA), you need to determine whether you are eligible. To determine eligibility, you need to submit an EDRA application. (See How to Apply for Economic Displacement Relocation Assistance for instructions.) Once you are determine to be eligible, you will receive a Notice of Decision and you may follow the instructions below to request a relocation assistance payment.
- Login to your Seattle Services Portal account
- Open the My Records tab
- Click Make Changes in the right-hand column of your EDRA application
- Select the EDRA Payment Request bubble, and then click Continue Application
- Enter your contact information by choosing one of the Select from Account, Add New, or Look up buttons
- Click Continue Application
- Enter the check information
The EDRA program needs to confirm where to send the relocation assistance check. The check will be made out to the household representative who applied for relocation assistance. Provide your up-to-date contact information.
- Click Continue Application
- Review the entered information; use Edit to make changes
- At the bottom of the review page, complete the certification by checking the box
- Click Continue Application
