Summary
Use the following instructions to print invoices for individual records that have outstanding balances. Invoices or Fees Due Statements can only be printed for individual records and not for multiple records at once.
How to print an invoice
- Login to your Seattle Services Portal

Click on My Records to see a list of current records
- Note the record number you would like a statement of fees for.
- You can skip this step if you already know the record number.
- Select Reports from the upper right banner

Select Fees Due Statement
- Enter the record number

Select submit
Depending on your browser settings the PDF receipt with either display in your browser or download to your saved files folder.
