Summary
Use the following instructions to print a receipt for an individual record that have payment(s) applied to it. Receipts can only be printed for individual records and not for multiple records at once.
How to print a receipt
- Login to your Seattle Services Portal

Click on My Records to see a list of current records
- Note the record number you would like a receipt for.
- You can skip this step if you already know the record number.
- Select Reports from the upper right banner

Select Payment and Fee Detail
- Enter the record number

Select submit
Depending on your browser settings the PDF receipt with either display in your browser or download to your saved files folder.
