Summary: When paying regulatory fees by check, the check should have the record number in the memo field & a copy of the invoice should be included with the check.

Record Number: To determine your record number, please either:
1.) Review the email correspondence received indicating the outstanding balance due. The record number will be included in that email message.
OR
2.) Navigate to your My Records page on the Seattle Servies Portal. Select the correct record number for which you are submitting payment.
