Temporary No Parking permits are available for paid and unpaid curb spaces in Seattle. The map is updated nightly, so permits will take a day to appear. This article focuses on searching for reservations for paid and unpaid curb spaces near a specific location or for a specific record number using a map to find the existing reservations.

To Check Curb Space Availability for Temporary No Parking (Paid Areas)
- Go to the Curb Spaces and Temporary No Parking map.
- Click the Temporary No Parking (Paid Areas) tab, and then click the Search icon. It looks like a magnifying glass.
- Click the pull-down arrow and select All or By Address(Seattle) to find an area by Address.
- In the search field, enter the street address and select the address from the list.
TIP: There is a limit of 6 search results.
Note: This map is a global map so you may need to include the city, if you selected By Address(ESRI).
- If a popup displays with only the address and there are no colored lines on the map along the curb near that address, there are no reservations for that location.
Note: Not all curb spaces are reservable. See Curb Spaces tab of the map for more information.

- Click a colored line in the street to view the Temporary No Parking reservation for that location.
Note: Current tab only shows paid curb space permit types. To see unpaid curb space permit types, click on the Temporary No Parking (Unpaid Areas) tab.
- Line where you clicked turns a light blue, and the associated reservation information displays. Review the reservation dates to see if the dates you want to reserve are available.
- To see more reservation details, click the More info link. Clicking this link takes you to the Seattle Services Portal.
- Seattle Services Portal opens with the reservation information.

To Check Curb Space Availability for Temporary No Parking (Unpaid Areas) Using the Confirmation #
The Confirmation Number printed on a Public Notice is the same as the Record Number for the permit. The Record Number is used as the Confirmation # on the reservation notice.
- Go to the Curb Spaces and Temporary No Parking map.
- Click the Temporary No Parking (Unpaid Areas) tab, and then click the Search icon. It looks like a magnifying glass.
- In the search field, enter the last five digits of the permit number. For example, if the permit number is SDOT-TNPN-00-00000, you only need to enter 00000.

- Select the permit you want to view details on.
- The associated reservation information displays.
- To see more reservation details, click the More info link. Clicking this link takes you to the Seattle Services Portal.
- Seattle Services Portal opens with the reservation information.

To Check Curb Space Availability for Temporary No Parking (Unpaid Areas) Using an Address
- Go to the Curb Spaces and Temporary No Parking map.
- Click the Temporary No Parking (Unpaid Areas) tab, and then click the Search icon. It looks like a magnifying glass.
- Click the pull-down arrow and select All or By Address(Seattle) to find an area by Address.
- In the search field, enter the street address. Click the magnifying glass to initiate the search. Click Show more results to view the search results. Select the address from the list. The map zooms to the address you selected.
TIP: There is a limit of 6 search results.

- Look for the No Parking symbol for reservations in the area. You may zoom out to see surrounding blocks by clicking the “-“ symbol. Click the “+” symbol to zoom in.
- Click the No Parking symbol to view the Temporary No Parking reservation for that location.
Note: Current tab only shows unpaid curb space permit types. To see paid curb space permit types, click on the Temporary No Parking (Paid Areas) tab.
