What Is the Temporary No Park Details Report?
The Temporary No Park Details Report provides a complete summary of when and where parking is restricted under a specific permit.
The report includes:
- Permit information (record number, status, and type)
- Contact information for the permit holder
- Location(s) affected
- Dates and times when parking is restricted
- Sign or barricade details (if applicable)
You may run this report at any time, as long as the permit meets availability criteria.
When Information Is Available
Information is only available for:
- Temporary No Parking permits
- Issued permits
If a permit is issued and active, the report will display its details.
When Information Is Not Available
The Temporary No Park Details Report will not display information for:
- Unissued permits
- Completed permits
- Other types of parking permits
If you see a message stating that information is not available, the record does not meet the criteria above.
How to Run the Temporary No Park Details Report
Step 1: Obtain the Temporary No Parking Permit (Confirmation) Number
To view permit details, you must first obtain the Temporary No Parking permit (confirmation) number.
- Paid area parking permits start with SDOT-TNP.
- Non-Paid area parking permits start with SDOT-TNPN.
You can find the permit number using one of the following methods:

Temporary No Parking signs posted on the street include the permit (confirmation) number. -
Search the map for Temporary No Parking reservations
Use the Temporary No Parking map to locate permits associated with paid or non-paid parking.
Once you have the confirmation number, you can run the Temporary No Park Details Report to view full permit information.
Step 2: Access the Seattle Services Portal
- Go to the Seattle Services Portal.
Step 3: Open the Reports Menu
- In the top-right corner of the homepage, click Reports.
- From the drop-down menu, select Temporary No Park Details.
Step 4: Enter Record Information
- Enter the confimration (permit) number in the Record ID field.
- Enter only one record number.
Step 5: Submit the Report
- Click Submit.
Step 6: View the Report
- The Temporary No Park Details Report opens in a new window.
Tips:
- If permit is unissued or completed, the report will be blank.
- If you expect to see details but do not see any, double-check that the record number is correct.

- Yellow – No parking from 7 AM – 6 PM Monday through Saturday

- Public Notice Post – The date by which public notice signage must be posted for the restriction to be enforceable

- Removal Date – When parking is restored at that curb space
Important: Vehicles must be moved before the install date/time shown in the table to avoid citation or towing.
Multiple Curb Spaces
If multiple curb spaces are listed, several parking spaces or blocks are affected by the permit.
Install and removal dates may vary by curb space, so be sure to check:
- The earliest install date/time, and
- The latest removal date/time
