Approved

For Building Tune-Ups, Alternative Compliance, Waivers, and Extensions: The application has been reviewed and approved for Building Tune-Ups compliance. For Tune-Up Specialist Registration: The Tune-Up Specialist's credentials have been approved.

Canceled

The application has been canceled by staff because it's no longer relevant (e.g. another path was chosen, building has gone through the enforcement process, or applicant is non-responsive when asked for additional information).

Claimed

The building has successfully been claimed and is now eligible to submit Building Tune-Ups and Alternative Compliance applications.

Completed

An amendment to an application has been processed.

Corrections Required

Additional information has been requested by staff. A response from the applicant is needed.

Denied

The application did not meet basic requirements for submittal (e.g. it is outside allowable timeframe for submission).

The application is under review by staff.

Not Approved

For Building Tune-Ups, Alternative Compliance, Waivers, and Extensions: The application has been reviewed and is not approved for Building Tune-Up compliance. Applicant can pursue another pathway towards compliance, time permitting. For Tune-Up Specialist Registration: The Tune-Up Specialist's credentials have been rejected.
