There are several statuses related to a record in the Building Tune-Ups program. Below are the possible statuses and their descriptions.

For Building Tune-Ups, Alternative Compliance, Waivers, and Extensions: The application has been reviewed and approved for Building Tune-Ups compliance. For Tune-Up Specialist Registration: The Tune-Up Specialist's credentials have been approved. |
Canceled |
The application has been canceled by staff because it's no longer relevant (e.g. another path was chosen, building has gone through the enforcement process, or applicant is non-responsive when asked for additional information). |
Claimed |
The building has successfully been claimed and is now eligible to submit Building Tune-Ups and Alternative Compliance applications. |
Completed |
An amendment to an application has been processed. |
Corrections Required |
Additional information has been requested by staff. A response from the applicant is needed. |
Denied |
The application did not meet basic requirements for submittal (e.g. it is outside allowable timeframe for submission). |
In Process |
The application is under review by staff. |
Not Approved |
For Building Tune-Ups, Alternative Compliance, Waivers, and Extensions: The application has been reviewed and is not approved for Building Tune-Up compliance. Applicant can pursue another pathway towards compliance, time permitting. For Tune-Up Specialist Registration: The Tune-Up Specialist's credentials have been rejected. |

Withdrawn |
The application has been withdrawn by staff at the building owner's request. |
