How Do I Search Existing Records?

There are two ways to search for existing records in the Seattle Services Portal:

• Use the Search All Records feature
• Select a specific category under Find Existing

Search All Records

This option searches all records in the Seattle Services Portal regardless of category.

1. Go to the Seattle Services Portal
2. Click the Search All Records button
   
   
3. Enter a Record Number or Address
   
4. Click Search
5. In the search results, click on the Record Number for more information about an item

Find Existing

This option searches for records within a specific category. It offers more precise search results by letting you search for things such as date range and record status.

1. Go to the Seattle Services Portal
2. Select a category under Find Existing > Choose a category
   
   
3. Set the date range and choose any of the optional fields to search
   
4. Click on Search
5. In the search results, click on the Record Number for more information about an item
