- To start scheduling an inspection or appointment, do one of the following:
- Enter the Record Number in the Search All Records box on the Seattle Services Portal Home page
- Login to your account, click My Records tab, and click the Record Number link
You may have difficulty scheduling intake appointments because the calendar looks like each blue date is available. You need to select each date and wait for the Confirm Date button to appear. Once that button appears, you will be able to pick the date and move on. Intake appointments are usually booked at least 16 weeks out.
Submit your completed application early to be eligible for an earlier intake appointment in case of a cancellation. Once you submit your application, we’ll add your project to the express lane. This means your application will likely be taken in well ahead of your scheduled appointment. We can usually take in your application within 2-3 weeks after you upload your application.
