Each SDCI record number ends with a suffix to indicate the type of record. For example,
6700737-CN is a construction permit and 010678-18CP is a complaint. See the table below for the complete list of suffixes and associated record types.
Each record can also have an additional numeric suffix attached to the end to indicate how many times the record has been modified. For example, 6700737-CN-002 indicates that the record has been changed twice. Your record will receive the numeric suffix when you make a change to your record, such as scheduling an intake appointment, uploading documents, or requesting revisions.
