There are two ways to change your password: through the Account Management screen or by using the Forgot Password? link.
Account Management
- Login to your Seattle Services Portal account
- Click Account Management in the upper right corner of the page
- Find the Login Information header and click Edit
- Type in your Old Password
- Type your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes
- Click Save
Forgot Password?
- Go to the Seattle Services Portal Home page
- Click Login at the upper right corner of the page
- Click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the login screen
- Type in your Email and then click Continue
- Type in the Security Answer and click Send New Password
- Go to your Email Account and retrieve your new password
- Login with the new password
