How to Find Completed Applications and Amendments not in My Records

In order to de-clutter your list of records, we removed certain records from your My Records list that are no longer needed or that make it difficult to find your active records.

Sometimes you need to change a record you already submitted, upload additional documents, or withdraw an application.  Once you have made those changes, you usually don’t need access to those records, and they clutter up your list of records. Other times, you do not need the record because you have the issued permit or license). In this instance, you may confuse the application record with the permit or license itself. We have removed those types of records from your My Records list, based on customer feedback and requests.

You will no longer see the following records in your My Record list once the record has the specified record status.

You can still find these records by using the global search box on the home page.
