When entering a Tune-Up Summary Report in the Seattle Service Portal, there is no back button to return to a previous section. You can return to a previous section, however, following these steps:
- In your current tune-up section, at the bottom of the screen, select the Save and Resume Later button.
- In the upper left, click on My Records.
- Find the relevant Building Tune-Up record from your list, and choose the Resume Application action on the right.
- In the pop-up window, choose Start From the Beginning.
- Click the Continue Application buttons at the bottom of the screen until you arrive at the section you need to edit.
