Instructions for Printing My Public Notice
Follow these steps to print your Public Notice for your Temporary No Parking (Paid Area) (TNP) and and Temporary No Parking (Non-Paid Area) (TNPN) permits. If your TNP Permit has Black or Barricade sign type reservations, a Public Notice report is generated and available to print when the TNP Permit issues.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log in or Register
- Go to the Seattle Services Portal.
- Log in:
- If you already have an account, log in with your credentials.
- If you don’t have an account, register your existing contact for a new account before proceeding.
Step 2: Open Your Record

On the My Records page, locate your issued Temporary No Parking Zone (Paid Area) – License or Temporary No Parking Zone (Non-Paid Area) – License permit in the list.
Note: If you have more than one License record, you can look at the Created Date and Expiration Date on the record to determine which one to select.
- Click the blue hyperlinked Record Number to open the License record.
Step 3: Download Your Public Notice
- On the License record, click on the Attachments tab.
- Click on the blue hyperlinked Permit.pdf file to download it.
Step 4: Print Your Public Notice

Open the downloaded file.
Note: Different browsers open PDF files differently. Take the appropriate action for the browser you are using.

Print your Public Notice.
Note: The Public Notice can be re-accessed at any time by following the steps in this help article. The Applicant also receives an email with a link to the Public Notice.
Step 5: Post Your Public Notice
- Attach the printed Public Notice report to at least two barricade signs per block.
