How to Update Your RRIO Private Inspector Credentials

1. Log in to your Seattle Services Portal account
2. Click My Records 
3. Find your Private Inspector Registration record (002-00XXXXX) and click Make Changes
   
4. Click Private Inspector Update License/Certification and then click Continue Application
5. Update the following information and then click Continue
   1. City Business License Number
   2. Credential Type
   3. Credential Expiration Date
      
6. Upload your credential documentation
   1. Click Select
   2. Click Select again
   3. Browse to the location of your credential documentation and double-click the file
   4. Click Done once the file upload has reached 100%
   5. Select Credential Documentation as the Type from the dropdown menu
   6. Enter a Description (optional)
   7. Click Save and then Continue
7. Review the information you submitted; click Edit to make changes
8. Click Continue to submit your information

You don't need to pay feeds when you are updating your credentials. You will receive a thank you message will to confirm that your updates were submitted.
