- Log in to your Seattle Services Portal account.
- Click My Records
- Find your Private Inspector Registration Record (002-00XXXXX) and click Renew Application

Verify your contact information and click Continue Application
Tip: To update the contact information displayed, click the Account Management link at the top right of the screen. This will update your contact information across all your records.
- Verify and update your registration information
- City Business License Number
- Credential Type
- Credential Expiration Date
- Select Yes or No if you would like the RRIO Program to indicate that you are available to inspect properties
- Click the Checkbox at the bottom of the form to indicate you accept the terms
- Click Continue
- Upload your credential documentation
- Click Select
- Click Select again
- Browse to the location of your credential documentation and double-click the file
- Click Done once the file upload has reached 100%
- Select Credential Documentation as Type from the dropdown menu
- Enter a description (optional)
- Click Save and then Continue
- Review the information you submitted; click Edit to make changes
- Click Continue Application to proceed to checkout
- Click Checkout
- Click Checkout again
- Enter your credit card information and then click Submit Payment
- Once payment has been received, the renewal process is complete, and you will receive a confirmation message
