Short-Term Rental Platform Pay By Check

1. When submitting short-term rental platform quarterly fees, you must still complete your report record online in the Seattle Services Portal, and then submit your check. Follow the steps below to submit your report record online. 
2. After you have provided all of your reporting data (see Platform Reporting for details), you will arrive at the Application Fees page:

4. CLICK: Edit Cart
   
5. CLICK: Pay Later
   
6. CLICK: Save and Close
   
7. CLICK: Back to Home
   
8. CLICK: My Records
9. LOCATE: Your TMP Platform License Report Record
   CLICK: Resume Application
10. CLICK: Continue Application
    
11. CLICK: Calculate Totals checkbox
    CLICK: Continue Application
    
12. CLICK: Continue Application
    
13. CLICK: Continue Application
    
14. A Thank You page loads with your record number. MAKE A NOTE OF THIS RECORD NUMBER.
    
15. Submitting your check:
16. Make your check payable to City of Seattle
17. Include the name of your platform and your platform license number or the record number you saw on the Thank You screen in the memo field
