- CLICK: on My Records
- FIND: Your record number and look to the right for the Status column
- LOCATE: The Platform License Row
CLICK: on Renew Application in the Action column - CLICK: Continue Application
- ENTER: or update Company Information
- Enter the contact information for two contacts at your agency.
CLICK: Add a Row in the Seattle Operational Contacts section - ENTER: the contact’s name, phone number, and email address and select the contact’s role
CLICK: Submit - REPEAT: steps 6 and 7 for the second contact
- CONFIRM: or add the address of your office in Seattle (if applicable)
- CONFIRM: or add your City Business License information (if applicable)
CLICK: Continue Application - CLICK: the checkbox to confirm you comply with the certification
CLICK: Continue Application - A Thank You page loads. You’re done! Your license number has not changed.
