- For more information about registration requirements, see Tree Service Provider Registry Requirements.
- To add or make changes to your registration, see How to Revise an Existing Tree Service Provider Registration.

If you receive an error message you will need to go to FileLocal to resolve the issue. Once resolved, enter the receipt number in the FileLocal Receipt/Confirmation Check box in order to continue completing your application.
-
Unless you only provide tree consulting services, enter your active Washington L&I Contractor License Number so the system can confirm the status of your license
If the license number is not active, you must resolve the issue with Washington State L&I before you can submit your application. Select the Save and Resume Later button (located at the bottom right of the page) to continue your application later.
- Complete the Certificate of Insurance information
-
Click the Checkboxes to acknowledge you have read the Tree Codes
The required codes will automatically adjust depending on whether you are registering as a SDCI and/or SDOT tree service provider.
