If this is your first time registering your rental property, search the address on Shaping Seattle to determine if the property was registered by a previous owner. If so, obtain the record number and follow the instructions to Transfer Ownership. If you have already registered your property in the past and have received a notice to renew the registration, please follow the instructions to Renew a Rental Property Registration.

Search for a property by entering the Street Name and Street Number fields, then click Search (wait until the address auto-populates before adding the unit number)
