- If you don’t have an account, create one
- Download and complete the Site Contact Information Update Form
- Email the form to the Boiler Program: SCI_Boiler@Seattle.gov
- The program staff will let you know when your account is connected with your records and you can resume your request
- Clicking the “Pay fees on a record" link on the home page and entering a record number to start the checkout process. You can use this feature whether you are logged in or not.
Use the instructions below to do a general search for boiler or pressure vessels. You do not need an account to access records in this way.
- Go to the Seattle Services Portal
- Under Find Existing, choose Licenses – Trade & Equipment from the dropdown under “Narrow your search by category"
- Under Record Type, click on the Blue Down Arrow and select Boiler Equipment Certification
- To refine your search, use the record status, street name, or address range
Tip: Start with just your street number and name. If this returns too many records, try adding more detail to narrow it down.
- Click Search
- Click the hyperlinked blue Record Number for the equipment certification you want to view
Once you open your record, you can review the status, view related records, and view your documents.
