There are several different types of statuses related to a permit record. Below are the possible statuses and their descriptions.

Initiated |
A record was created, but the application is not complete. |

Additional Info Requested |
The application is not complete. We have requested additional information. |
|
Ready for Intake |
The application information is complete, pending payment of any outstanding fees. |
|
Scheduled |
The intake appointment is scheduled, but the application has not been submitted. |
|
Scheduled and Submitted |
The intake appointment was scheduled and the application has been submitted. We have put the application in line for the "Express Lane" to be accepted ahead of your scheduled intake appointment if there's an opening. |

Application Completed |
We accepted the application. We have not started the review. |
|
Reviews In Process |
We have started at least one review but all reviews are not finished. |
|
Corrections Required |
We are waiting for corrections from the applicant to review again. |
|
Corrections Submitted |
The applicant has submitted corrections. We have not started evaluating them. |
|
Reviews Completed |
We have completed all reviews. We are waiting for final administration tasks and customer fees to issue the permit. |
|
Ready for Publication |
We are ready to publish notice, pending payment of any outstanding fees. |
|
Published |
We have issued a Land Use recommendation or decision. |
|
Ready for Issuance |
We are ready to issue the permit, pending payment of any outstanding fees. |
|
Phase Issued |
We have issued one or multiple phases of a phased permit. We have not yet issued the last phase. |
|
Issued |
We issued the permit or all phases of the phased permit. |
|
Released |
We have released an item that we don’t legally issue (analysis letters, etc). |
|
Inspections Completed |
All inspections are finished. We are waiting for final administration tasks and outstanding fees to close the permit. |
|
Approved to Occupy |
The Certificate of Occupancy (COO) has been issued. Post-permit activity, such as energy monitoring, incentive monitoring, etc, is happening. |
|
Completed |
All expected work is completed. |
|
Withdrawn |
The applicant withdrew the application. |
|
Canceled |
We canceled the application because it expired before we issued it. |
|
Expired |
We canceled the permit because it expired after we issued it. |
|
Revoked |
In rare cases, we revoke an issued permit. |
|
Closed |
We closed the permit for one of several administrative methods. |
