This video shows how to provide additional or revised documents for an existing Street Use or Urban Forestry application that has a status of Awaiting Corrections, Awaiting Documents, or Additional Information Required. It explains:
- How to determine what documents are required
- How to find and download a Corrections sheet if one is provided by your reviewer
- How to upload revisions when ready
- How to be sure to match your uploaded documents to the document types expected by the system so your next review cycle is triggered
For this demonstration, we are using a ROW Construction application that has been reviewed and is in Awaiting Corrections status. The steps are the same if your record is in Awaiting Documents or Additional Information Required. This video begins with an existing application that is waiting for corrections to be submitted.
