Informational Video on How to Upload Documents for a New Application
This video demonstrates how to upload a document in the Seattle Services Portal during the application process for a new Street Use or Urban Forestry permit. While a Right-of-Way (ROW) Construction application is used for this demonstration, the steps for uploading documents are the same for all Street Use applications. The video begins on the Documents page of the application.
